Travel App

OVERVIEW

Problem: Nowadays people are traveling more than in the past ten years, but they are frustrated with the search tool(application) that is not officially to provide the information about places. These people are realized that they spend so much time to research where they want to go.

Investigation: I found that many travel apps on the market already had strong features, such as compare price, strong visualizations of destination. However, the target audience seemed to focus more on the landmark more than enjoy and fun travel

Solution: To solve this problem, I created Travel, a travel application for people who don’t want to spend to much time, but still get the best result for their destination.

Step 1: Interviews and Competitive Analysis

The research was conducted in two primary parts: competitive analysis and 1:1 interview. I should this form of research because I can get the best sources of information that would inform of the new design regarding the travel application, and also show how the users in my target demographic interact with these products. Total of the 10 different travel application was analyzed and including 10 users interview

Competitive Analysis | By researching exciting apps on the market, I discovered the strengths and weaknesses of these products in relation to our target audience. This helped me to define the application logic, as well as the problem that I wanted to solve.

Interviews | Through the interviews, I learned about the potential users. This data from the interviews help me to understand the key pieces of information, for example, the user background, use of technology, goals, motivations, and pain points.

Step 2: Understanding Travel Application

Travel Application built for the user who needs quick and accurate information to help the user makes a fun and happy experience.

Step 3: User Research

Step 4: Wireframing

Step 5: Hi-fidelity Design
